## Composer's words (verbatim)

> Composition - 2 mins - half Cm, Cm7, Cm9. Second half Cm7, Am, F. Performance - ambient vibe, no harsh
> tones, randomly alt between Cm chord structure in first half, build to second half and follow Cm, Am, F
> pattern. Don't rush it. Over the top of it all play a slow C, F, G pattern. Include an occasional triplet

## Prose

Two halves of about a minute each. The first half stays on C minor and only changes its colour: the
Performer drifts at random between Cm, Cm7 and Cm9, never in a hurry. Toward the middle it builds, so the
second half arrives as a lift and not a cut. The second half walks Cm7 → Am → F and repeats that walk.
The composer also wrote it as "Cm, Am, F", so a plain Cm may stand in for the Cm7. Over all of it, a slow
single-note line moves C, F, G, with an occasional triplet. Ambient: soft attacks, long overlaps, nothing
harsh or bright, no clipping. Don't rush it.

## Sections

| Section | Time (approx.) | Harmony | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | 0:00–1:00 | random alternation of Cm / Cm7 / Cm9 | slow changes; long crossfades |
| build | last third of A, into B | (continues A) | rising level, opening tone, more motion |
| B | 1:00–2:00 | Cm7 (or Cm) → Am → F, repeated | slow, even changes |
| line | throughout | single notes C, F, G | slow; an occasional triplet |

*Structure (spec §5.6):* `free · ~60 BPM · [~60 s A: random {Cm, Cm7, Cm9}] → build → [~60 s B: (Cm7|Cm) Am F ×n] · over: line {C F G}, occasional triplet · loops: 1`
